Please do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
How We Handle Requests
After receiving a request, Solhavena may contact you for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to identify the personal information associated with the request.
Information collected to process an opt-out request will be used only as reasonably necessary to review, document, and respond to that request.
Where applicable law requires it, Solhavena will process an opt-out request as soon as reasonably possible and within the legally required period.
You will not be required to create a customer account solely to submit an opt-out request.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request on your behalf.
Solhavena may request information showing that:
- The agent has permission to act for you
- The request relates to the correct individual
- Any legally required authorization requirements have been satisfied
We may also contact you directly to confirm that you authorized the request.
No Discrimination
Solhavena will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful differences in prices, services, or product availability.
